Limoges was placed on waivers Saturday for the purpose of reassignment to AHL Hershey, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Limoges inked a one-year, two-way contract with the Washington Capitals on Thursday.

Washington waived Limoges on Friday.
