Alexander Wennberg Transactions

Wennberg agreed to terms on a two-year, $10 million contract with the San Jose Sharks on Monday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Wennberg was traded to the New York Rangers by the Seattle Kraken on Wednesday in exchange for a second and fourth-round pick in 2024 and 2025, respectively, Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic reports.

Wennberg (not injury related) is out of the league's COVID-19 protocols but remains a game-time call versus Colorado on Monday, Mike Benton of Sports Radio KJR reports.

Wennberg was placed on the Seattle Kraken's COVID-19 list Monday.

Wennberg will sign a three-year, $13.5 million contract with the Seattle Kraken on Wednesday, Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic reports.
