Amir Miftakhov Transactions

Miftakhov was waived unconditionally for the purpose of terminating his contract Friday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Miftakhov signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday.
