McDavid (COVID-19 protocols) rejoined his teammates for Wednesday's practice session after clearing COVID-19 protocols, Bob Stauffer of the Edmonton Oilers Radio Network reports.

McDavid has been officially designated for the league's COVID-19 protocols and will be unavailable against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday, Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports.
