Can you confirm the qualifying offer for Jake DeBrusk after his current contract expires in the summer of '22?

DeBrusk's qualifying offer after the 21-22 season is $4,410,000. As he signed after the 2020 MOU, his qualifying offer is the lesser of 120% of his AAV ($3.675M*120%=$4.41M) or 100% of his final year salary ($4.85M). Therefore, $4.41M is his Qualifying Offer.
