About performances bonuses, is Patrick Kane eligible to sign a 35+ contract for one year and get performance bonuses or does he have to wait until he turns 35 on November 19?

The age qualification for 35+ contracts is June 30. Since Patrick Kane was 34 at June 30, he is not eligible for a 35+ contract with performance bonuses for the 23-24 season
