Romanov will report to the AHL after being cut by the San Jose Sharks on Sunday, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.

Romanov was recalled from AHL San Jose on Sunday.

Romanov inked a two-year, entry-level contract with the San Jose Sharks on Wednesday.
