Pavel Novak Transactions

Novak was put on unconditional waivers by the Minnesota Wild on Friday for the purposes of terminating his contract, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.

Novak (illness) is expected to take the ice for the Minnesota Wild during training camp in September, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.

Novak put pen to paper on a three-year, entry-level deal with Minnesota on Monday.
