Hertl (knee) was removed from long-term injured reserve and will play Monday against the Vancouver Canucks.

Hertl, who is on injured reserve with a knee injury, was traded to Vegas from San Jose along with third-round selections in 2025 and 2027 on Friday in exchange for David Edstrom and a 2025 first-round pick. The Sharks will retain 17 percent of Hertl's cap hit, per Darren Dreger of TSN.
