Would the bonuses for Michov roll over to next year or can you apply them to the current year if you can fit them under the cap?

The bonus overage = the final cap hit + bonuses earned - cap ($88M). The Flyers are projected to finish under the cap ($2.65M under as of today). Therefore, the first $2.65M of bonuses earned would not be an overage for next season.
