With the new MOU having a cap penalty for emergency recalls, is the cap penalty going for the following season going to be based on the full season cap numbers or is it going to be prorated based on the amount of days that recalled player is on the roster?

The cap penalty is based on the daily amount that the team did not have space for. So if a team has room for just $500K, and they call up a $775K player, then for every day they're using the exception, they'll have a charge next season of ($775K-$500K)/192 days = $1,432
