If Toronto placed Kampf on waivers and he cleared and was sent to AHL what would Leafs cap hit be?

The maximum cap hit that can be saved if a player is sent to the minors is $1.15M (called the burying threshold). Therefore, if a player has a cap hit higher than that, then the difference remains as a cap hit if the player is sent down. For Kampf, with a $2.40M cap hit, if he's waived and sent down the Leafs would carry a $1.25M Cap Hit.
