If Fleury retires does cap recapture kick in and if so which team does it affect?

Fleury's contract is not subject to recapture. Recapture only applies to certain backloaded long-term contracts signed prior to 2013. If Fleury were to retire there would be no cap hit for any team, and he would lose the $6M Salary remaining on his contract.
