If a team is already in LTIR and trades for a player that's on LTIR from another team, is that figure then added on to the teams LTIR Pool?

If a team is in LTIR and trades for a player on LTIR on another team, they need to initially have room to add him without him being on LTIR. If they can accommodate him and be cap compliant for the trade, they can then subsequently add him to their LTIR pool.
